Tiny Movers: Milestone Play Classes

Join us for Tiny Movers, a playful and supportive milestone-based class designed specifically for infants who are sitting independently and beginning their crawling journey.

Led by Dr. Meredith Jochum Rodriguez, owner of Tiny Strides Pediatric Physical Therapy, this class blends guided movement, sensory play, and expert insight to help your little one build strength, coordination, and confidence.

Each session encourages babies to explore movement through age-appropriate activities while caregivers learn simple strategies to support motor development at home. It's a fun, low-pressure environment for both babies and parents to move, play, and connect.

Perfect for infants ages 6–10 months who have mastered independent sitting and are working toward crawling.
