Tiny Explorers: Milestone Play Classes

Tiny Explorers is a gentle, play-based class designed to support your baby's earliest movement milestones in a fun and nurturing environment.

Led by Dr. Meredith Jochum Rodriguez, owner of Tiny Strides Pediatric Physical Therapy, each session focuses on age-appropriate activities that promote tummy time, rolling, sensory exploration, and early sitting skills.

Through guided play, caregivers will learn simple techniques to encourage healthy motor development while babies explore movement at their own pace. This class is perfect for building confidence, connection, and a strong foundation for future milestones.

Designed for infants from birth through 6 months who are working on tummy time, rolling, and independent sitting.
